Program Description: Transactional SMS messages between food distributors and their restaurant customers, facilitated through the OrderChecklist platform. Messages include order confirmations, delivery updates, product availability notices, and account support communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on order activity. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on your order volume.

Opt-Out Instructions:
To stop receiving SMS messages from OrderChecklist, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START.

Opt-In:
End users consent to receive SMS messages during onboarding onto the OrderChecklist platform through a signed service agreement and acceptance of these Terms and the SMS Terms.

All content, branding, software, and technology associated with the OrderChecklist platform is owned by OrderChecklist, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderChecklist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
